Free bid review

Find out why you’re not winning — before the buyer does. Upload a live tender or your last unsuccessful bid and an experienced bid writer will review it the way an evaluator would, then tell you honestly how to score higher. No charge, no sales script, no obligation.

  • Reviewed by a real bid writer, not a bot
  • Honest, evaluator’s-eye feedback
  • A fixed-fee quote if you want the work done
  • Confidential — NDA on request

What your free bid review covers

This isn’t a sales call dressed up as a review. A bid writer reads your submission against the published scoring criteria and gives you something you can act on:

Where the marks went

An evaluator’s-eye read of each answer — what scored, what didn’t, and why — against the criteria and weightings.

The gaps that cost most

The fixes ranked by the marks they’d recover, so you know what to tackle first if you’re rebidding or improving.

An honest verdict

A straight view on winnability — including a reasoned “don’t bid” if that’s the right call for this opportunity.

A fixed-fee quote

If you’d like us to do the work, a clear price in writing — no obligation, no hourly surprises.

Two ways to use a free review

Whether you’re mid-bid or licking your wounds after a loss, a review turns guesswork into a plan.

  • Before you submit. Send your draft and we’ll mark it before the deadline — scores, gaps, and the answers most worth strengthening while there’s still time.
  • After a loss. Send the unsuccessful bid with the buyer’s feedback letter and we’ll find the real reasons the marks went — often not the ones in the letter.

Why it’s genuinely free

It’s how most of our client relationships start. You get a useful, honest assessment either way; we get the chance to show how we think rather than just claim we’re good. There’s no invoice and no pressure — if the review tells you you’re close and don’t need us, we’ll say so.

It’s the same discipline behind our whole approach — read more on why bids fail and how to write a winning bid.

How it works

  1. Upload your tender or bid

Use the form above to send the documents, or a link to the portal listing. Tell us the deadline if there is one.

  2. We review it — free

An experienced bid writer reads it against the scoring criteria within one working day.

  3. You get honest feedback

A candid view on where the marks went, what to fix first, and a fixed-fee quote if you want the work done.

  4. You decide, no pressure

Take the feedback and run with it yourself, or hand it over — either way you’ve lost nothing.

Already know you want help?

Frequently asked questions

Is the bid review really free?

Yes — the review of your tender or last bid and the fixed-fee quote are free and carry no obligation. It’s how most client relationships begin, and you get genuinely useful feedback whether or not you go on to work with us.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one working day, usually sooner. If your deadline is tight, say so on the form or call us — we’ll prioritise it. The earlier we see a tender, the more we can do with it.

Will you sign an NDA before I send documents?

Happily. We handle commercially sensitive tenders every day and can sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you upload anything. Just mention it.

What if I only have a portal link, not files?

That’s fine — paste the link in the message box and we’ll access the listing. If the portal needs registration to view documents, we’ll guide you through sharing what we need.

What happens after the free review?

Nothing you don’t choose. You get the feedback and a quote; you decide whether to act on it yourself or have us do the work. There’s no follow-up sales pressure — if you’re close on your own, we’ll tell you.
