Bid writing across the UK
Bidding is a national game played on local pitches. Our writers work remotely with clients everywhere in the UK — and because buyers, portals and social value expectations differ city by city, we keep a working map of each major market.
Remote-first, local-smart
Almost everything in a modern bid happens over calls and shared documents — which is why our clients stretch from Aberdeen to Truro without a quality difference. What stays local is knowledge: which portal a council actually posts on, how a combined authority weights social value, who the incumbents are. Each city page above carries that local layer; the services underneath are the same nine, from full bid writing to independent reviews.
Our home patch
We’re based in Hyde, Greater Manchester — the Manchester page covers our own backyard — and on-site workshops, kick-off meetings and training days run anywhere in the UK by arrangement. If your city isn’t listed, that’s a page we haven’t written yet, not a place we don’t serve: get in touch wherever you are.
Frequently asked questions
Does location affect price?
No — fixed fees are quoted from the tender documents, not the postcode, and there’s no travel premium for Greater Manchester meetings. UK-wide on-site days are quoted at cost.
Can you bid into a city you’re not based in?
That’s most of our work — a Bristol firm bidding into Leeds, a London consultancy bidding into Scotland. Local buyer knowledge travels with the research; your delivery evidence is what must fit the geography.
Do you cover Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?
Yes — including their distinct portals and procedures (Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales, eTendersNI) and the devolved policy differences that change how answers score. See the Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast pages.
